Ritu

Director / Teacher

Hi, I’m Ritu. I grew up immersed in Vedic philosophy. My earliest memory of being taught yogic breath work was by my grandfather, on his rooftop in Calcutta, around the age of 3. My practice grew from these roots to include all aspects of yoga. Authenticity to practice, is the truth that I wish to communicate via teachings on the mat. I am delighted to be able to share a lifetime of knowledge with all who are open and willing to journey towards self realisation. Click image for more info.
