Beginners, Intermediate and advanced yogis are all welcome. No matter where your practice is at we have a classes for you.

Been practicing for a while? Go for Vinyasa Flow, Core Flow, Bikram Focus, Flow, and Yin.

We have showers in our change rooms so you can wash down after class, and a variety of yoga related items for sale in a retail section, including mats, water bottles, towels, straps and more.
