Join us for a 30min immersion into a traditional Yoga Nidra session.
You will be laying down in Savasana for about 30min and guided through the stages of this practice; awareness of sounds, breathing, visualisation, a Sankalpa (resolve), full body scan and visualisation, connection to bodily sensations and chakras awareness.
Please allow 1hr for this class to prepare and return to awareness.
Please wear warm clothes and bring any props you feel might make you more comfortable i.e.eye pillow or eye mask. We will supply blankets, blocks and bolsters.

A bit about your facilitator
Anai is from Brazil and became a certified yoga nidra instructor at the Yoga Ashram in New Zealand.
Anai has offered yoga nidra sessions at yoga studios, music festivals and at work places.
She is also a Mother, a lawyer and a family mediator who finds in yoga the tools to succeed and recharge the body, mind and spirit.

Yoga Nidra also helps to establish good sleep patterns.
