Winter Yin Immersion

Delve into a delicious wintery 2hr yin sequence with Dawn.  Working with the subtle energies of the water element & meridians of winter we explore how we can use the benefits of yin yoga to help us move through winter with ease.

Using long, luscious poses that work with the water energies and Chi within our bodies helping us to remain healthy & happy through the cooler months, preparing us for a  bountiful spring ahead.

Dawn has a 500 hour YTT certifications as well as Level 1 & 2 in Yin Yoga teaching, Dawn continues to attend trainings regularly. Dawn’s classes are about breath, movement, safe anatomical alignment, awareness and joy. Her aim is to help people find their own journey with Yoga and become connected with themselves in order to feel alive mentally & physically.
