A Yin Masterclass

With guidance from your bones

17 June 2023 – 1pm – 3:30pm

How can we, in our Yin yoga practice, invite guidance from our bones? Yin master class

When we move from our bones, we get to explore our own unique range of motion. Your ability to move and to place yourself in different shapes and poses is guided by your unique bony relationships. Get excited, because this session will help you understand those relationships!

You will get to know what is exercised in Yin yoga, and what is not. You will become aware of what ‘the right sensation’, for your individual body and needs, in each moment, in each pose.

So, how can we invite guidance from our bones? How can we move from our bones to find our range of motion? How can we FEEL our bones and these relationships?

And why is this an essential part of your Yin yoga practice?

The answers are many and very intriguing and will be explored in the session, but for now; only when we have an understanding of where we move from, can the profound energy shifts, emotional stagnation and mental misinterpretations start to lift!

As Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras suggests, we start with asana, but that is just to open the door.

Mysan will guide you to find your unique way throughout practice and to help you gain an understanding that no student looks alike nor feels the same even though we all reach the physical purpose of the pose.

This is a session about understanding and celebrating your uniqueness! The practice is followed by a 30  minutes Q&A for those who would like some further information.

$80 – single session.
