Sharon is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher as well as a dedicated practitioner for over 14 years. Sharon has studied various styles of yoga, such as Jivamukti, Anusara, Yin, and Iyengar, attending workshops and retreats with some of the world’s leading teachers and draws from them, enabling her to teach her own style – eloquent yet uplifting classes, enabling students to develop awareness of mind, emotion and spirit.
Working full time in the corporate world, Sharon can relate to the stress, pressures and expectations that many of her students face so conveying balance and mindfulness is something she incorporate into her life and classes.
