In the event where the government mandates  Yoga Tree Elsternwick to close, all memberships and passes will continue unless we receive in writing (via email) a request to suspend or extend within 48hrs of a closure.

1. Yoga Tree Elsternwick reserves the right to refuse entry.

2. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Yoga Tree Elsternwick is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

3. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class for safety and security. No late entry is permitted.

4. Yoga Tree Elsternwick is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

5. All purchases are final. Yoga Tree Elsternwick does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

6. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

7. This policy is subject to change due to COVID 19. Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to an hour before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the $15 for the class. Members will not be able to book another class until the late cancel/no show penalty fee is paid. Class pass holders will forfeit that class from your allocated total classes.

8. No entry is permitted after the class-start time. You may only leave a class early under emergency circumstances, as the building is locked for safety and security during class.

9. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.

10. In attending classes at Yoga Tree Elsternwick, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yoga Tree Elsternwick or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

11. Fees may increase from time to time in order to reflect increases in costs.

12. Online sales that are deemed as dishonoured for any reason will be incur a fee of $11.

13. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class, as there is no late admittance. The studio is open 20 minutes before class start times.

14. Check-in at reception for all classes.

15. No personal belongings in the Yoga studios other than water and towel. There are change rooms at the Yoga Tree for belongings. The front door is locked during all classes. Please ensure that your phone is switched to airplane mode, or completely off.

16. No glass water bottles please.

17. Please listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions.

18. You may lie down at any time to take rest, but commit to staying in the room for the entire class.

19. If you have hired a mat please wipe it down with products provided.

1. This membership is available to new students to Yoga Tree Elsternwick only.

2. Only one Intro Membership per person.

3. The 14 Day Intro is valid for 14 days as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.

4. This membership allows you 4 regularly scheduled classes, excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

5. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on the one month intro membership for any reason.

6. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships and does so expressly without the consent of Yoga Tree Elsternwick will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.

7. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 1 hour before a class without penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class.

1. This membership is available to students returning to Yoga Tree Elsternwick after a 12 month break.

2. This Membership is for inactive members only.

3. The Welcome Back Pass is valid for 21 days as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.

4. This membership allows you 6 regularly scheduled classes, excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

5. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on the one month intro membership for any reason.

6. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships and does so expressly without the consent of Yoga Tree Elsternwick will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.

Class Packs

1. 1 Class, 10 class pack and 20 class pack (including concession options) expire in 4 months of the activation of the package. The activation date, is the date of the first class booked or attended using the pack. If your package expires we can add left over classes onto next purchased package; however expiry will remain 4 months from activation of the pack.

2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of packages due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.

3. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to an hour before a class without penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window, you forfeit that class from your allocated total classes.

1. Unlimited Passes (including concession option) expire 30, 120, 240, 365 days after the activation of the pass. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.

2. The minimum term is 12 consecutive weeks.

3. Fees: The $38.00 per week/$150 per month auto debit membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled classes.This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events. Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per week via a third party biller Quick Pay. No additional transaction fees are charged for auto-debits. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Yoga Tree Elsternwick reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed.

4. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Quick Pay is unable to absorb these costs and applies a $11 fee for these failed transactions. This fee is debited 7 days after the failed payment. Quick Pay charge a one off set up fee of $2.20, a 1.5% surcharge for visa/mastercard transactions.

The terms and conditions of our third party biller Quick Pay form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception or on the bottom left of our website www.yogatree.com.au titled Quick Pay T&C’s.

5. Yoga Tree Elsternwick is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

6. If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Yoga Tree Elsternwick may in its absolute discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.

7. If auto-debit payments fail for 2 weeks or more, Yoga Tree Elsternwick may in its absolute discretion cancel the membership.

8. At the end of the contract: After 12 consecutive weeks, the membership will automatically continue on a fortnightly basis until Yoga Tree Elsternwick is advised by you via email (info@yogatree.com.au) to terminate the membership. 72 hours notice is required to process cancellations. Cancellations will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email.

9. Suspensions: After the first 12 weeks of this membership, the membership may be suspended via a written request via email to info@yogatree.com.au for a minimum of one week (7 days). Suspensions must be made in 7-day increments only. i.e. 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks. Yoga Tree Elsternwick cannot pro-rate day usage. A 72-hour notice prior to the suspension date request is required to process the suspension. Maximum suspension is 3 months per year. Suspensions will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email.

10. Early Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, however the first 12 weeks are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of your membership termination.

Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to an hour before a class without penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged $10.

13. Memberships may not be shared. Anyone caught sharing memberships will be denied entry and forfeit their membership permanently.

14. Queries: All queries regarding the contract are to be addressed in writing to info@yogatree.com.au and will be answered via email to ensure validity. The studio is not responsible for agreements made orally or outside of this correspondence including teachers and reception staff.

1. All Gift Cards expire in 6 months from the date of purchase.

3. Booking etiquette: Please book before 24hours of the time you wish to receive your service.

4. Cancellations: Must be made prior to 24hours of your booking time to organize a rescheduling. If a cancellation is made within the 24hours of your booking Yoga Tree Elsternwick reserves the right to deny a reschedule or refund of the service.

1. ClassPass is available to students who have not been to YT. If you have already attended YT and book through ClassPass, your booking will be cancelled.

2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused passes due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.

3. You can use ClassPass for a maximum period of 3 months to attend regular scheduled classes at Yoga Tree. Following this time, if you book through ClassPass your booking will be cancelled.
