1. Yoga Tree Elsternwick reserves the right to refuse entry.

2. Every possible effort is made to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, the schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice. Yoga Tree Elsternwick is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

3. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class for safety and security. No late entry is permitted.

4. Yoga Tree Elsternwick is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings.

5. All purchases are final. Yoga Tree Elsternwick does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, user error, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.

6. All passes and memberships are non-transferable.

7. This policy is subject to change due to COVID 19. Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to an hour before a class with out penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window (Up to 1 hour prior to class start time) you will be charged for the $10 for the class. Members will not be able to book another class until the late cancel/no show penalty fee is paid. Class pass holders will forfeit that class from your allocated total classes.

8. In the event of permanent or temporary closure of the studio, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide alternative classes or studio access, or transfer unused value to another owner/facility. If this is not reasonably practicable, the unused value will expire. This does not override statutory consumer guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. No entry is permitted after the class-start time. You may only leave a class early under emergency circumstances, as the building is locked for safety and security during class.

10. Gift cards can be redeemed for classes, memberships or products. They are not redeemable for cash.

11. In attending classes at Yoga Tree Elsternwick, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Yoga Tree Elsternwick or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

12. Fees may increase from time to time in order to reflect increases in costs.

13. Please arrive at least ten minutes before class, as there is no late admittance. The studio is open 20 minutes before class start times.

14. Check-in at reception for all classes.

15. No personal belongings in the Yoga studios other than water and towel. There are change rooms at the Yoga Tree for belongings. The front door is locked during all classes. Please ensure that your phone is switched to airplane mode, or completely off.

16. No glass water bottles please.

17. Please listen carefully to the teacher’s instructions.

18. You may lie down at any time to take rest, but commit to staying in the room for the entire class.

19. If you have hired a mat please wipe it down with products provided.

1. This membership is available to new students to Yoga Tree Elsternwick only.

2. Only one Intro Membership per person.

3. The 21 Day Intro is valid for 21 days as stated on purchase. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the pass.

4. This membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled classes, excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events.

5. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on the one month intro membership for any reason.

6. Memberships may not be shared or transferred for any reason at any time. Anyone sharing memberships and does so expressly without the consent of Yoga Tree Elsternwick will be denied all future entry and forfeit their membership.

7. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to 1 hour before a class without penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window you will be charged for the class.

8. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

Class Packs

1. 1 Class and 10 class pack  (including concession options) expire in 3 months of the activation of the package. The activation date, is the date of the first class booked or attended using the pack. If your package expires we can add left over classes onto next purchased package; however expiry will remain 3 months from activation of the pack.

2. No refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions are offered on unused portions of packages due to illness, user error, injury, change of address or any other reason.

3. Booking etiquette: Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others. Cancellation may be made via the online booking system or mobile app up to an hour before a class without penalty. Cancellations will not be accepted via phone or email. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the early cancel window, you forfeit that class from your allocated total classes.

2. The minimum term is 4 consecutive weeks.

3. Fees: $110 per month auto debit membership allows you unlimited regularly scheduled classes.This membership excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training or other special events. Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per week via a third party biller Stripe. Additional transaction fees are 2.7% + 30cents per transaction for credit card and 2% + 30 cents for a bank for auto-debits from a bank account. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the fortnightly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Yoga Tree Elsternwick reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed.

4. Yoga Tree Elsternwick is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

5. If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Yoga Tree Elsternwick may in its absolute discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.

6. If auto-debit payments fail for a month or more, Yoga Tree Elsternwick may in its absolute discretion cancel the membership.

7. At the end of the the first month: After 4 consecutive weeks, the membership will automatically continue on a monthly basis until Yoga Tree Elsternwick is advised by you via email (info@yogatree.com.au) to terminate the membership. 72 hours notice is required to process cancellations. Cancellations will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email.

8. Suspensions: After the first 4 weeks of this membership, the membership may be suspended via a written request via email to info@yogatree.com.au for a minimum of one week (7 days). Suspensions must be made in 7-day increments only. i.e. 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks. Yoga Tree Elsternwick cannot pro-rate day usage. A 72-hour  notice prior to the suspension date request is required to process the suspension. Maximum suspension is 45 days per year. Suspensions will not be accepted via Facebook, phone or any medium other than email.

9. Early Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time, however the first 4 weeks are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of your membership termination.
