This workshop will give you a step by step framework where you will be guided to embrace all of your emotions, gain clarity and return to a grounded feeling

We will explore a transformational 5-step way of journalling. You will learn a practical tool that will:

  • Allow you to let go what’s on your mind
  • Dive a little deeper to explore what the stress might really be about
  • Discover the gift that it really is and be empowered to take action

You will:

  • Be guided by a qualified life-coach
  • Receive an overview of the complete 5-Step process

All you need is:

  • Pen and paper. With each step, you’ll be guided to practice. Whatever you write is personal and you won’t be asked to share it.

About Ingrid

Ingrid Jones is a wellbeing coach, speaker and writer. She supports individuals and workplaces to reduce stress, enhance their wellbeing and live more mindfully. Helping people to become kinder towards themselves is central to all Ingrid’s work. Along with her coaching, Ingrid runs a journal community.
