• Week 1: Planting the seed – An introduction to yoga.

• Week 2: Developing Roots – Sun Salutations/Surya Namaskar A & B

• Week 3: Establishing the Trunk – Basic Standing, Separate leg & Core Postures/Asanas

• Week 4: Branching Out – Balancing to the floor Postures/Asanas

• Week 5: Blossoming – Forward Folds, Back Bends, Hips & Twisting Postures/Asanas

• Week 6: In Full Bloom – Putting it all together

Your Teacher: Ritu Babbar

Ritu has been practicing postural yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 10 years.

She is a traditional teacher that has a solid foundation in yoga. Her passion is to share this knowledge with others. She strives to bring back authenticity to this ancient practise.

Her goal is to give you confidence to flow both on and off the mat.
