Get your upside down on!

Learn to cultivate an inversion practice in a safe environment with a step by step approach. This workshop is designed to take the mystery out of going upside down. Using conditioning, progressions and props, understand the mechanics of inverting. Exploring headstands, forearm balance and handstands, students will learn techniques that they can continue to utilise in daily classes. Build knowledge and confidence while having fun playing with these challenging poses.

Are you ready to see the world from a different angle. This workshop is for you. It’s time to explore inversions and discover a different world of techniques, conditioning and approaches to help you fly safely. This is a unique opportunity to ask all the questions you need to and get answers from experienced practitioners in a safe environment.  Learn to embrace being upside down!

Collin Poole

Collin began practicing yoga in 2002 in NYC while pursuing a career in theatre. Colin has taught for many different studios in Southern California, including Triad Yoga, Yoga Room, and Equinox Fitness and Yogaworks. Collin has trained with with some of yoga’s most sought after teachers including, Sean Corne, Baron Baptiste, Pattabhi Jois, and Shiva Rea.

Lincoln Barros

Lincoln Barros is a talented performer of circus arts, a stuntman, acrobatic coach and one of your teachers for this unique workshop. He has taught at NICA and is currently doing stunts in the USA NBC hit show La Brea.

Collin and Lincoln have worked together on a variety of projects and work really well as a team.

They are both extremely passionate and experienced.
