Simply Flow

Simply Flow classes are a fusion of breath and movement – vinyasa in style and suitable for beginners keen on pursuing a regular yoga practice as well as looking to diffuse any tension in the body and mind. All classes are 60-minutes.

Power Flow

Power Flow classes are open to all levels and are dynamic and energetic sequences designed to increase strength and flexibility linked with breath and movement. Classes are 60 and 90-minutes in length.

Bikram Yoga

The Bikram Yoga Method is a series of 26 postures and is taught in a heated room (about 40-degrees). Classes are taught in a sequence with the goal of strengthening and lengthening muscles and joints. Classes are suitable for beginners and are 90-minutes in length.

Bikram Focus

This class is based on the traditional 90 min Bikram series, all 26 postures are included but in a more flowing 60 minute sequence. Note that this is not an ‘express’ class but a 60 minute sequence that works you head to toe, body, mind and soul, and stands on its own! Get ready to work hard at a different pace allowing for concentration, meditation and the therapeutic benefits you expect from a great yoga class. All classes are 60 minutes


Yin focuses on deep stretching of the muscles and joints to release tension and lengthen fascia. Classes are taught focusing the practitioner on the breath to help let go of tension throughout the body. All classes are 60-minutes and suitable for all levels.


Prenatal classes are specifically created for the pregnant woman. Classes combine strength and softness in a flowing sequence. The yoga asanas (postures) are designed to strengthen the body, particularly arms and legs, to build the stamina required for childbirth, while releasing tension in the hips, back and opening the front body. The class provides a space to connect and nurture mother and baby. All classes are 60 minutes.

Jivamukti Open

Jivamukti Open classes are accessible for yoga practitioners of all levels. The class is supported by the Focus of Month essay – set globally by Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life and is further enhanced by flowing vinyasa sequencing, alignment exploration and hands-on assists, meditation all designed by the teacher and is taught to uplifting music. Classes are 75-minuts and 90-minutes.

Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior

The Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class is a brisk and fast paced vinyasa class where the teacher calls out the postures and provides the counting breath but gives minimal how-to-do instructions. The class is a set well-rounded sequence and is the same each time and is delivered in one hour. Spiritual Warrior Classes are best for intermediate and advanced students, although beginners as well as anyone with a sense of adventure are welcome.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates classes are performed in a slow, controlled manner, focussing on breath and weight resistant movements. The goal is to build core strength, improve flexibility, muscle tone and body-mind awareness. All classes are 50 minutes.
